Grace Finnegan
Grace brings over 35 years of experience working with hair, blending technical skill with a lifelong creative eye. Her work is rooted in thoughtful design, personal connection, and a belief that beauty should feel approachable and authentic. In addition to her work behind the chair, Grace is also a mixed-media artist and has been a featured artist with Local by Design for more than three years. Her artistic practice—focused on furniture restoration, texture, and layered finishes—deeply informs her work in the salon, where creativity and craftsmanship go hand in hand. Grace values creating a welcoming, neighborhood-focused environment where clients feel comfortable, known, and well cared for—whether they’re visiting for a haircut, a conversation, or a bit of both.
Brooke Paterson-Zinkand
Brooke has been in the beauty industry since she was 18, and has a great passion for what she does and for the people who sit in her chair. She loves being able to take an active role in partnering with people to help them feel beautiful and confident as they explore self-expression. She has experience in both men’s and women’s styling and color. She loves to work with dimensional color, including vivid shades and edgy looks, yet she likes to balance that with a conservative and thoughtful approach. She prides herself on being a good listener and communicator in order to make sure that she is bringing your vision to life.
Elizabeth Jarboe
Elizabeth is a cosmetologist looking to build her clientele here in Annapolis MD. A 2023 graduate of The Temple Annapolis Paul Mitchell cosmetology program, progressing in the field here at Lee Nennettes of Annapolis. Looking to give clients a great experience and perform creative looks tailored to each person. I excel in big bouncy blowouts, glossy colors and personalized cuts. We look forward to seeing you in the chair!
Damira Fowlkes
Our current salon assistant, providing an excellent shampoo service for all clients and keeps our salon stunning! An aspiring cosmetologist wanting to dip her hands into the salon environment. Ready to greet you with a smile every time.
Spencer
Spencer is our beloved service dog and a cherished part of daily life at Lee Nannette’s. He is a well-behaved mixed-breed who is friendly, gentle, and especially fond of people and children. In addition to completing service dog training, Spencer has also been a certified pet therapy dog, and he takes his role as salon greeter very seriously. Spencer’s sweet personality hasn’t gone unnoticed—he was voted Annapolis’s Most Beloved Pet by readers of What’s Up Magazine. True to form, Spencer does expect a treat when you arrive—and usually another when you leave. If you are uncomfortable around dogs or prefer not to interact with him, please let us know. Spencer can always be safely tethered during your visit, and your comfort is always our priority.
